We collect information you provide when submitting an intake form, including your full legal name, email address, employer or prospective employer name, profession (physician MD or DO), state where the employment contract is governed, service selection (standard or rush), and employment contract documents submitted for review.

How We Use Your Information

We use this information to process your intake and determine whether we can accept the engagement, perform a conflicts check before beginning any substantive legal work, prepare and deliver the Engagement Agreement for electronic signature, communicate with you about your matter by email, review your employment contract and prepare your written review memorandum, and respond to your follow-up Q&A email.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share information only as necessary to provide legal services: LawPay (payment processing), DocuSign (electronic signatures), and Google Analytics (anonymized site usage).

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@wyantlegal.com.
